FileDirector - String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.Couldn't store



This error is caused by incorrect Browser time. 



To correct browser Date/time .

Web Client Browser Displays Dates in U.S. Format

The Web Client will pick up the date format from the language settings in the web browser.

Firefox:

In the Firefox browser open the menu, go to Options | Content. Next to Languages click the "choose" button.

In the list of Languages ensure that "English/United Kingdom [en-gb]" is installed and all other options are removed.

If it is absolutely necessary to have another language available, ensure that "English/United Kingdom [en-gb]" is the top option in the list.

Click OK to save then close the Options tab, restart the browser.

Chrome:

In the Chrome browser open the menu, go to Settings and click on Advanced Options. Under Languages click the "Language and input settings.." button.

In the list of Languages ensure that "English (United Kingdom)" is installed and all other options are removed.

If it is absolutely necessary to have another language available, ensure that "English (United Kingdom)" is the top option in the list.

Click "Finished" to save then close the Settings tab, restart the browser.

Internet Explorer:

In IE go to Tools | Internet Options | General tab and click Languages then "Set Language Preferences".

In the list of Languages ensure that "English (United Kingdom)" is installed and all other options are removed.

If it is absolutely necessary to have another language available, ensure that "English (United Kingdom)" is the top option in the list.

Exit and restart IE.

Microsoft Edge:

Use Control Panel | Language settings, no setting available in Edge.
