How can I clear the local cache on a FileDirector client PC?
On the client PC, find the users "My Documents" folder.
In the "My Documents\FileDirector" folder should be one or two .fdl files, as follows:
for EnterpriseManager filename is EnterpriseManager.fdl
for WinClient filename is Settings.fdl
Rename the appropriate file *.fdl.old (or anything you like), then start the offending application and test.
If that does not resolve the issue, try renaming the "My Documents\FileDirector" folder to something like "FileDirector.old".
