Click2Sign giving 401 errors when uploading to FileDirector

The following request for help:-

Hi I am having an issue with uploading from Click2Sign to Filedirector.

The Log comes up with the following "01/05/2015 09:56:30 :: Could not check ss_LAUREN-LANE_1212-0001-224152_ad4cd4ca-563b-4590-b1da-84511cd86972.pdf into FD: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

01/05/2015 09:56:30 :: Something went wrong. File was not checked in, will try again later. "

Some files go up ok, some do not.

CAUSE of the problem:-

The failing documents were DUPLICATES of docs already in FileDirector.

Other errors that were logged at the same time included:-

"object reference not set to an instance of an object" and

"the remote name could not be resolved."
