Process / workflow emails are repeating every minute

If you are seeing reminder emails every minute you have a problem with one of your active workflows.

Firstly turn off emails so you don't annoy your colleagues - right click on Process Management in Enterprise Manager, choose properties and un-tick the emails (daily digests etc)

Next up you need to find out what's happened. Has somebody deleted an active user or taken out a step in the process.

Basically FileDirector cannot complete a step in a process so is looping.

Find the cause and fix that. The looping will then stop.
