You will need to be a member of the fd-admins group to do this.
To remove the documents from the process queue per user's name:
1...In WinClient go to Start / Process Status. You should see a list of Active Processes info.
2...Click on the column header "Waiting for" to sort it in name order.
3...Find the user's name in the list, there should be a different entry for each document.
4...For each of those entries click in the list to select it then click the "Details" button. You will now see a list of all the Processes the document has been submitted to.
5...Click on each process heading in turn to select it then click "Cancel Process". You will get a message like "no longer in the process" for most of the entries but continue through the whole list to the end. Then click close.
6...When you have done this for all of the Processes that you wish to cancel then click on the close button.
To remove the individual selected documents from the process queue:
1...In the Search Results list (Hitlist) right click on the document and in the context menu select "Document Info".
2...On the Document Info window select the "Processes" tab. You will now see a list of all the Processes the document has been submitted to.
3...As in 5 above, if you want to cancel the entries click on each process heading in turn to select it then click "Cancel Process". You will get a message like "no longer in the process" for most of the entries but continue through the whole list to the end. Then click close.
