Full text search isnt working

Firstly is it licensed ? Full text searched is a licensed feature / module. 

Secondly is the OCR client program installed on the server ? 

Finally have you create a full-text catalogue in SQL like the manual says ?

If you haven't done this and you cant because it's not a feature in SQL then sir, you have a problem !
